Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Driment Studio ("we", "us") makes virtual reality games for Meta Quest and brings PC games to VR. This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website, when you write to us, when we work with business clients, and when we contact press and content creators.
Each of our games has its own privacy policy for the data the game uses:
1. Who is responsible
Driment Studio is responsible for the personal data described here (the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Contact: drimentstudio@gmail.com.
2. This website
- Server logs: like every web server, the server of our hosting provider (Hostinger) records technical access logs - your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser's name - to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. They are kept by the host for a limited time. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Cookies: we do not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools on this website. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself.
- Trailers: a YouTube (Google) video player loads only when you press play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; from then on Google's Privacy Policy applies.
- Links: the Meta Horizon Store, Discord, YouTube and other sites we link to have their own privacy policies.
3. When you write to us
When you e-mail us, we receive your address, your name if you give it, your message and any attachments. We use them only to answer you and to handle your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps you ask for before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Our e-mail runs on Gmail (Google), which processes messages for us.
4. Business clients
For porting, VR applications and other projects we use the contact and company details of our clients and their staff, the project information they share with us, and the documents we must keep under tax and accounting law. Legal basis: the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Press and content creators
We may write to journalists, outlets, streamers and video creators about our games at the business contact address they publish themselves, for example on their channel, website or social profile. For this we keep their name or channel name, that contact and where it was published, their language, and what we sent and received. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in presenting our games to the press (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you do not want to hear from us, tell us and we will remove your details from our list.
6. Discord and social media
If you join our Discord server or follow or comment on our profiles (such as YouTube or X), the platform's own privacy policy applies. We see what you post there and your public profile, and use it only to run and moderate our community.
7. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. It is processed for us only by our hosting provider (Hostinger) and our e-mail provider (Google); Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. For our games, Meta runs the platform services described in each game's policy.
We disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it: we review each request for its legality, challenge it where we consider it unlawful, disclose only the minimum necessary, and document every request together with our response.
8. How long the data is kept
- Server logs: for the limited time the host keeps them.
- Messages: as long as needed to handle your matter, and longer only where needed to establish or defend legal claims.
- Business records: for the contract's duration and then as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Press and creator contacts: until you ask us to remove them, or until we no longer promote the game they were collected for.
9. Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Our mailbox and the accounts we use to run our games and this website are protected by strong passwords, and only we have access to them.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to its use based on our legitimate interest. To use them, write to drimentstudio@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl) - or with the authority of the EU country where you live.
11. Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Unsolicited messages
Our published contact details are for questions about our games and projects. We object to their use for unsolicited advertising.
13. Changes and contact
When we change how we handle personal data, we update this policy and its date.
